Different Types Of Designer
A designer plays a pivotal role in a creative industry. With elements such as photography, typography, illustration and animations, a designer is always on the lookout for new and interesting ways to present information. In order to be successful in this field, one must possess a good eye for detail and talent for conceptualizing new ideas. The design process involves a lot of brainstorming as designers are required to figure out what will best suit the client and their needs. Designers also use a great deal of technology such as computer-aided drafting (CAD) software and animation in order to present their designs and ideas in a timely manner.
A graphic designer, on the other hand, uses photos along with text or images to create an image. A graphic designer would rather work on smaller projects and as a rule freelancers are not usually offered projects of more than two or three pages. These professionals generally communicate by drawing, painting, or whatever design technique they are most comfortable with. As the profession of a graphic designer is not that highly competitive, many designers have established themselves through freelance jobs and can do freelance design work from home. Freelance designers can also work for a number of different clients at the same time.
